Quality Policy

TAYPA believes that it constitutes a strong starting point for conversion of the global business activities into a joint dependency and trust and brotherhood for the whole humanity. The key to this process is “quality”. As a modest contribution to the global quality culture, TAYPA Personnel have developed “Qualitay”.

Quality is the priority No. 1 of TAYPA while providing the prestigious global brands with service. “Qualitay” is a concept that symbolizes the quality policy and ethical working discipline. At the heart of this concept lies the maximum satisfaction of the client and the highly skilled workforce.

TAYPA’s QA team performs systematic checks on the production and service qualities. It also receives feedbacks from the customers, and uses these feedbacks in order to improve the production system.

The precautions for final quality and product safety begin with the checking transactions of the incoming products.

Having a laboratory accredited by BV, TAYPA carries out product tests at all stages of production as from the beginning of the design. Test reports are required for each shipment from the suppliers and extra fabric tests are carried out in our own laboratory for the fabric groups which are accepted as risky by the QA team.

The fabrics are checked according to the quality control plan through “Four Point System”. The transmission of the correct accessories to the production lines is checked through the production automation software and the checklists produced by the approved trim cards.

The Quality Assurance teams use SAP program for reporting and analysis in all processes while it uses the Minitab program for statistical analysis of processes (laboratory, raw material inspection, process control, final control).
